Before you begin your quarter, you will need to set-up up your Forgotten Password questions with our self-service. This will allow you to easily reset your password if you happen to forget it or run into other issues throughout your time at NWIC.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to password.nwic.edu and log into the portal using your student username followed by the @students.nwic.edu. After doing so, enter in your password and click continue.

The front page of the portal will prompt you to enroll in the Forgotten Password service. When you click Enroll, it will take you to a form where you'll be prompted to select questions then type in answers to those questions.

You’ll need to select and answer 6 questions of your choice from a list. These will be your identity verification questions. Once you've completed these questions, you are enrolled!
